Job Summary

This role will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. As a Sales Manager at BCM, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage and grow mid-high level revenue streams from a wide range of products and platforms. BCM offers brands a wide range of advertising, partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and it will be essential for a Sales Manager to understand those offerings well and be able to decide the right solutions to fit each client’s needs. This role requires persistent and persuasive interaction with clients, the ability to open new doors, close deals and proven sales skills. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to manage and deliver on projects is essential.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understanding and selling BCM inventory.
  2. Creating proposals and proposal templates that effectively sell BCM products/inventory.
  3. Expanding client and agency list.
  4. Working with the BCM team to develop new inventory/media.
  5. Packaging, presenting and selling BCM products to a range of agencies, brands and companies.
  6. Preparing Business Development Decks
  7. Presentations at events

Requirements

  1. Enthusiastic about media, storytelling and sales.
  2. Strong communicator with good written and verbal skills.
  3. Able to take initiative and work independently.
  4. Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and CRM platforms.
  5. Curious, coachable and eager to learn from feedback.
  6. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
